Video iPass (VIP) Details

Video iPass is our brand new program for training. It covers the same material as a live class, with the same instructor, same lectures, and a flash version of the same power-point presentations. VIP is compatible with all video enabled iPods. You can sit through the classes at your leisure, as much or as little as you need to. It can be taken as a substitute for a live class or to reinforce previously learned concepts.

The Knopman VIP program includes slides to print out and take notes on as you view each presentation, as well as the instructor’s contact information in case you have any questions about the material.

The Series 7 VIP program is divided into 8 topics:
- Customer Accounts & Trading Securities
- Options
- Debt Securities
- Municipal Bonds
- Taxation & Retirement Plans,
- Rules & Regulations
- Investment Companies & Annuities
- Margin & Economics.

Over 11 hours of training
Also includes: 4 diagnostic exams (including a benchmark
examination that will forecast your score within five points
of the actual exam), a fact sheet with additional insight into
heavily tested concepts on the examination, and other supplements

The Series 6 VIP program begins with an overview of the capital markets and
is then broken down into 3 topics:
- investment companies & variable product
- Taxation & customer accounts
- Rules & regulations
Over 7.5 hours of training

The Series 63 VIP program covers the following topics:
- Registration of persons
- State registration of securities
- Unethical business practices
- The administrative provisions of the Uniform Securities Act.

Over 3 hours of training
Also includes: A Benchmark exam, a fact sheet with additional insight
into heavily tested concepts on the examination, and other supplements

The Series 24 VIP program is broken down into 3 parts.
- Part 1 covers sales supervision, uniform practice code,
  and financial responsibility.
- Part 2 covers investment banking.
- Part 3 covers customer accounts, trading & market making,
  and investment companies & retirement plans.

7.5 hours of training

The Series 17 VIP program is divided into 5 topics:

The Series 66 VIP program is divided into 3 parts.
- The first part covers registration of broker-dealers and
  registration of securities.
- The second part covers investment adviser registration
  and required disclosures.
- The third part covers federal rules & regulations,
  securities products, and taxation & retirement vehicles
