| Series 7: General Securities Representative |
| Upon passing the Series 7 exam, an individual is registered to solicit, purchase and/or sell corporate securities, municipal securities, options, direct participation programs, investment company products and variable contracts. |
| The Series 7 exam consists of 250 multiple-choice questions, administered in two parts of 125 questions each. Candidates take the exam in two 3 hour sessions; 70% is required to pass. |
