| Mr. Knopman began his career in the financial training sector in 1975 at Securities Training Corporation, where he held the position of Vice President and served on the Board of Directors. During his twelve years at STC, he gained significant experience designing, and managing training programs for various securities qualification examinations. |
| From 1987 until 1991, Mr. Knopman was Vice President at the First Boston Corporation, managing the Sales and Trading Training Programs for all of the company’s domestic and international branches. He was responsible for the training activities for the Equity, Fixed Income and Research Departments, and oversaw the continuing education programs and seminars for support staff and client training. Mr. Knopman also served as a Marketing Representative for First Boston Asset Management Corporation, selling investment management services to Fortune 500 Companies. |
| Mr. Knopman has taught classes in finance and investments at the New York University School of Continuing Education. He holds a BBA from Bernard M. Baruch College, and a MBA from Fordham University. He has also held the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. He has also been a member of the NYSE/NASD Series 7 item writing committee, where he was actively involved in the composition of the Series 7 Exam. |
